How we operate

Every project follows the same four principles.

  • One accountable team

    The same team builds the interface, API, database and server. Whichever layer has a problem, you deal with one contact.

  • Written contracts and handover

    We put the API contract in writing before development starts. At delivery, we hand over setup, go-live and operations documents.

  • Security before launch

    Permission audits and penetration test fixes are complete before go-live. Personal data is handled under GDPR and KVKK from the design stage.

  • Monitoring after launch

    We set up uptime monitoring, certificate alerts and off-site backups for the systems we deliver. The aim is to detect failures before your users do.

Our process

We run projects in five steps, from discovery to maintenance.

  1. Discovery and written quote

    We review the current system, code and servers. Scope, technology and timeline are set out in a written quote.

  2. Contract-first development

    We write the API contract between interface and server first. If the server is not ready, development continues against a fake backend that follows the contract.

  3. Testing and audits before launch

    Automated tests, accessibility checks and permission audits run in CI. Security findings are closed before go-live.

  4. Handover documents

    Setup, go-live and operating procedures are delivered in writing. Where required, we also prepare GDPR and KVKK documentation.

  5. Maintenance and monitoring

    After delivery, we monitor, back up and update the system. The maintenance period is agreed at the start of the project.
